1. Services

  • We provide sprinkler, irrigation, landscaping, and related repair and installation services ("Services").
  • All service calls, inspections, repairs, and installations are subject to separate agreements, estimates, or proposals, which will outline specific terms including pricing, scope, and warranties.

2. Estimates and Proposals

  • Any estimates provided through the Site or by phone/email are not final or binding until confirmed in writing by us.
  • Pricing may vary based on site conditions, materials, and scope of work.

3. Service Fees and Payments

  • A standard service call fee may apply for on-site inspections, as disclosed prior to scheduling.
  • Payment terms will be specified in your invoice or proposal. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of work.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a service charge.

5. Warranties and Limitations

  • We warrant our workmanship for 30 days from the date of service, unless otherwise stated in your proposal.
  • Manufacturer warranties for products and parts apply as provided by the manufacturer.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, neglect, weather events, pests, or modifications by others.

6. Use of the Site

  • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation.
  • All text, graphics, logos, and images on the Site are owned by Quick Fix Sprinkler and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
